Delete Your TXBFI Account
How to request account deletion and what happens to your data.
To request deletion of your TXBFI account and associated data, email us at: contact@thexbank.io
Please include your registered email address in the request.
What gets deleted
- •Your account access (login is permanently disabled)
- •Your profile information is anonymized (name and email are obfuscated)
- •You will be logged out of all sessions
What may be retained
- •Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial/tax records)
Retention period
- •Account is deactivated immediately upon confirmation
- •Anonymized records may be retained for legal/regulatory compliance
Delete your account in the app
You can also delete your account directly in the app:
- 1.Tap your profile icon (top of the screen)
- 2.Scroll down to “Delete Account”
- 3.An OTP verification code will be sent to your registered email
- 4.Enter the 6-digit code to confirm deletion
