Delete Your TXBFI Account

How to request account deletion and what happens to your data.

To request deletion of your TXBFI account and associated data, email us at: contact@thexbank.io

Please include your registered email address in the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account access (login is permanently disabled)
  • Your profile information is anonymized (name and email are obfuscated)
  • You will be logged out of all sessions

What may be retained

  • Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial/tax records)

Retention period

  • Account is deactivated immediately upon confirmation
  • Anonymized records may be retained for legal/regulatory compliance

Delete your account in the app

You can also delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Tap your profile icon (top of the screen)
  2. Scroll down to “Delete Account”
  3. An OTP verification code will be sent to your registered email
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm deletion
